WHAT SEPTEMBER BRINGS

A time of deep cleansing… sincerity in relationships, justice in work, clarity in the mind, and purification in the body. September will be a month that teaches us both to let go and to rebuild — a transitional month of renewal.
September begins with a very powerful eclipse in its first week. On September 7, the total lunar eclipse in Purva Bhadrapada Nakshatra brings to the surface hidden emotions, unseen truths, and karmic processes that call us toward transformation. This eclipse is a “spiritual mirror.” It is a time to face the truths we keep within, to release old ties, and to let go of what no longer serves a purpose in our lives.
On the collective level, this eclipse highlights issues of health, healing, medicine, and nature. Storms, epidemics, and sudden social unrest may arise. Yet at the same time, a door to deep healing opens: a very fruitful period for meditation, ritual, retreat, and healing practices.
After the eclipse, on September 13, Mars’ transit into Libra opens a different door in the realm of relationships. This period whispers that hearts are more sensitive, and balances more fragile. In partnerships, friendships, or marriages, emotions may deepen, while jealousy, rivalry, or power struggles can also surface.
But Mars here brings not only tension, but also courage. It awakens our desire for justice and gives us the strength to defend our own values. Therefore, this process may not break bonds but instead teach us to build more honest, more fair, and more authentic connections.
In the end, with Mars in Libra, the scales of our hearts become delicate; it is up to us to preserve balance with love, understanding, and courage.
On September 14, as Venus journeys from Cancer to Leo, it will pass through the karmic knot of Gandanta for a few days. This is the time when the old ties, habits, and dependencies in our hearts begin to unravel. As some things close, small storms may stir inside us. Yet once Venus enters Leo, our hearts will open again with courage, light, and confidence. It is a passage that first teaches letting go, and then shining.
Toward the end of September, Venus gradually draws closer to Ketu. This means a karmic test in relationships. Old lovers, unresolved emotions, and past connections may resurface. There may be sudden endings in relationships or encounters that feel fated. In art, performance, and aesthetics, there may be creative but short-lived flashes. This period will confront us with the question: “What is true love?”
On September 15, when Mercury enters its own sign Virgo, the mind clears and our ability to notice details grows stronger. Coming after the eclipses, this transit offers us the chance to evaluate more clearly what we have experienced, to analyze, and to bring order.
However, this strong analytical power can sometimes make us focus too much on details, to criticize everything, or to search for flaws. For this reason, during this period the most accurate approach is to use our minds constructively; to transform criticism into a perspective that brings order.
In short, Mercury in Virgo brings us both clarity and solutions, while also reminding us of the lesson: “see the whole without getting lost in the details.”
In the second half of September, the Sun’s journey through Virgo highlights our search for order and balance in life. This period brings a powerful opportunity to take care of our health, improve daily routines, and purify both body and mind. It is an ideal time for detox practices, simplifying our living spaces, or reorganizing our work habits.
Yet, hidden within this pursuit lies the shadow of perfectionism. Being overly critical of ourselves or others, and focusing too much on flaws, can disrupt inner peace. For this reason, the greatest lesson of the Sun in Virgo is not to chase perfection, but to seek harmony.
From September 16 to October 16, this period gives us both the strength to establish order and the reminder to live life in a simpler, healthier, and more balanced way.
The second eclipse of September arrives on September 21, occurring in Virgo, in Uttara Phalguni Nakshatra. This eclipse opens a new chapter in our relationships, partnerships, and life structures. It marks a powerful time to reassess, both individually and collectively, our commitments, the promises we have made, and the long-term responsibilities we carry.
Uttara Phalguni is associated with friendship, unity, service, and support. Agreements, partnerships, marriages, and vows — spoken or written — hold special significance under this star. With the solar eclipse taking place here, life prompts us to ask: “To whom have we made promises? Which bonds are we truly loyal to? What responsibilities do we embrace?”
On a personal level, this eclipse offers strong opportunities for renewal:
Strengthening of loyalty and trust in relationships, allowing stable bonds to take deeper root,
Favorable conditions for new partnerships, long-term collaborations, and projects,
Improvements in physical and mental health, developing healthier habits,
Bringing greater efficiency and peace to our daily life routines.
In short, relationships, projects, and goals that are truly lasting will settle on a stronger foundation with this eclipse.
At the societal level, this eclipse carries the energy of renewal and reorganization in the fields of law, education, diplomacy, and international relations. New agreements, stronger collaborations, and reforms that enhance social solidarity may come to the forefront.
Remember, an eclipse, by shadowing the light, creates a moment of inner pause. Yet this shadow is not a loss, but the beginning of a rebirth. It calls us to cleanse ourselves of what is superficial and to choose what is truly valuable, reminding us that loyalty, love, and responsibility are the greatest powers.
This is a time of purification and renewal, supporting our progress toward a stronger, safer, and more conscious future — both individually and collectively.
Do not fear letting go… because when you release, you open space for what is more solid, more authentic, and more luminous.
Behind every ending lies the seed of a new beginning. May the energy of these eclipses open paths of purification, renewal, and hope for us all.
