WELCOME, AUGUST!

ree

But now... the sky is changing. The intense pressure of the Kala Sarpa Yoga that has been ongoing since April has finally come to an end. We've also said goodbye to the fiery and impatient energy of the Mars–Ketu conjunction in Leo.

Now, August begins—bringing warmth to our hearts and renewed hope. The skies are softer, the paths are more open. Lighten your heart and be ready for new beginnings.

Throughout August, a quiet yet profound alignment continues in the sky... Saturn and Neptune are very close together in Pisces. These two planets have been side by side since mid-May, and they are currently in retrograde motion. By the end of August, their distance will barely reach one degree. Slowly, they will drift apart... but they will reunite again at the beginning of 2026.

This conjunction is like a cosmic reflection of the fragilities on the world stage—economic fluctuations, societal shifts, and political unrest. And since it’s taking place in Pisces, the water element’s sign, it also highlights natural events like floods, oceanic movements, and seismic activity.

But this energy is not only external... It also stirs unresolved emotions, uncertainties, and deep questioning within us. This period, oscillating between Neptune’s dreams and Saturn’s reality, reminds us to trust our intuition while returning to solid foundations.

According to the Sidereal Zodiac, on August 9, there will be a Full Moon in Capricorn, in Shravana Nakshatra, a lunar mansion that opens the gate to ancient wisdom. This special Full Moon peaks at 09:54.

Shravana is not just about “hearing,” but about truly listening. It invites us to move away from the crowd, the noise, and the mental clutter—and listen to the quiet, subtle voice within. It’s the perfect time to tune into your own heart instead of the voices of others.

However, the sky is both silent and stormy at once... A tension line forms through the alignment of the Moon, Mars, and Saturn. Impatience, indecision, and sudden outbursts may be triggered. While seeking clarity, we might be drawn into confusion.

At the same time, a sharp opposition between Mercury and Pluto around mid-August brings both challenge and transformation. Words have the power to heal or destroy. Passing judgment without listening can escalate tension. Yet, where there is pressure, there is potential for elevation. Where there is crisis, there is also an opportunity for breakthrough—especially in the areas of finance and technology.

The sky gifts us a rare and enchanting conjunction on the morning of August 12. Venus and Jupiter meet at approximately 19°50' in Gemini. Their celestial dance will be active between August 2–14.

In this elegant conjunction, the brighter planet Venus will appear just above Jupiter. If you look up before sunrise, you’ll see this radiant pair shining together on the eastern horizon.

Moreover, this conjunction will align with Sirius, the fixed star in Gemini, known in ancient civilizations as the “celestial queen star”—one of the brightest stars in the sky. This alignment makes the conjunction especially auspicious, noble, and blessed. It offers an increase in the energy of hope, abundance, and love; softening of relationships; new connections; inspirational developments in art, education, and aesthetics; financial opportunities; and prosperity.

If this conjunction touches a key planet or point in your natal chart, this period may truly be golden for you.

On August 16, the Sun enters Leo in the Sidereal Zodiac system. In Leo—its ruling sign—the Sun is in its brightest and most natural expression. This transit inspires all of us with vitality, courage, confidence, nobility, and divine will. During this time, our mind, body, and soul systems feel the urge to restructure. Our life energy is renewed, our hearts expand, and our vision grows. It’s a powerful period to honor your true self, take bold steps, and step onto your stage.

Starting August 20, Venus enters Cancer, the sign of emotions and inner bonds, and will stay there until September 14. This is a time when love takes on a softer, more protective, tender, and compassionate expression. Our hearts may feel more sensitive to the past. We yearn to connect more deeply with loved ones and create safe, warm relationships. The warmth of home, nostalgia, the mother bond, emotional cleansing, and the need for inner nourishment come to the fore. Romantic relationships may become more vulnerable, yet also deepen with understanding. During this time, kind words, gentle acts of care, and emotional awareness are more precious than ever.

However, this delicate emotional state may undergo an intense but brief transformation with the Venus–Pluto opposition peaking on August 26. Some may be pushed to dive deep into their emotions. Passions are stirred; themes of attachment vs. freedom, control vs. surrender may arise in relationships. Suppressed feelings may surface, and power struggles may occur. But remember—Pluto destroys, but it also purifies. As everything inauthentic dissolves, the essential becomes stronger.

On August 23, the sky offers us an extraordinarily rare cosmic alignment. A New Moon occurs at the 6th degree of Leo, exactly conjunct with Regulus (Magha), the fixed star known as the “Heart of the Lion.”

Regulus is associated with themes of honor, power, nobility, and high destiny. This conjunction can trigger potential for wealth, success, and spiritual leadership. But it also comes with warnings around hostility, pride, illness, and sudden downfall.

During this New Moon, praying to ancestors, serving the sick, elderly, and those in need, respecting nature, contemplation, and purification rituals with the intention of releasing past karma will resonate on a universal level.

On August 30, Mercury leaves the emotional waters of Cancer and enters Leo, where it will remain until September 15. Since June 22, Mercury has been moving through emotional, inward, and at times complex energies. Now it becomes clearer, more visible, and more expressive.

Leo is a stage ruled by the Sun… Mercury here takes on a more confident, creative, and expressive form. Words, thoughts, and ideas may now become more impactful, bold, and inspiring. However, while Mercury is in Leo, impatience, arrogance, and a know-it-all attitude may also arise.

Finally, as the stormy winds of July fade, the skies of August soften. Beautiful gateways open for auspicious days, new intentions, and inner peace.

Now is the time to open your heart, pray, and renew yourself...Wishing you all a joyful summer! Stay in love.
