TIME TO USE YOUR INTELLECT

Yes, now we are leaving the mind behind and starting to move beyond it.

Beyond the mind is intellect. It’s time to activate our intellect—actually, we’re already late…

Getting carried away by everything that comes our way, failing to distinguish between right and wrong, thinking not as a true human but as a mere humanoid, changing direction with every passing wind, accepting what society calls good as good and what it calls bad as bad without questioning, and adopting these as our own values—these were all games of the mind. We spent years trying to break free from these illusions, and now we know they were merely tricks, even traps. Now, we root ourselves in this world—to turn it into paradise. Watch out, we humans are coming! 😊

First, you need to understand what you desire and why you desire it. If your desires are controlled by your impulses and whims, if you are enslaved by your emotions, then you will be programmed to be used as fuel for this world. We did not come here to be fuel. We are intelligent, conscious beings; we were not created to be consumed.

Whatever it is that you crave, you will be led to believe you have attained it, but in return, you will not receive what is truly good, beautiful, or right. In reality, the system expects your intellect to triumph over your desires and for you to think like a true human being.

Of course, both can coexist. Desires, when guided by intellect and refined in the fire of the heart, can be transformed into something beautiful—like delicious biscuits that everyone can enjoy. How does it get any better than that? 😊

Even if something is good, beautiful, or right, if you have never pondered why it is so, never questioned it, then you will be tested on that very subject. The system will try to educate you to develop your intellect. If you act like a child, the system will send deceivers your way to mislead you. You might comfort yourself with the idea that you are a good person, but as the Qur’an states, "your tongues will bear witness against you."

True goodness does not exist if it has not yet started within you. You may just be deceiving yourself. To me, deception is when a person’s words and actions do not align, when they do not know themselves, when they lack self-awareness.

When you do not use your intellect, you will encounter people who also lack self-awareness, who do not know themselves. Forgive the bluntness, but you will meet ignorant people—because you yourself are behaving ignorantly.

The word Abdal refers to one who can foresee dangers, who perceives the inner truth of things, whose words, heart, and actions are in harmony. To be unable to see the inner truth of something means to be swayed by external influences without using your intellect.

An intelligent person is one who can distinguish between good and evil, who does not harm their surroundings with their thoughts and actions, and who is trustworthy and exemplary in conduct.

You can be deceived in the name of religion. However, if you have discovered true faith not as a mere external form but through intellectual exploration, then you will know that there is nothing in it to be deceived by.

Or, for example, you may be trapped by the fanaticism of a sports team. If you have never set boundaries through rational thinking, if you have never reflected on why something is valuable or worthless, then you will end up on a path that leads nowhere. The journey is about reaching rational will through these values.

May we all transcend limited mind (cüz-i akıl) and reach universal intellect (küll-i akıl).
