1979 yılında İstanbul’da dünyaya geldi. İlk ve ortaokul eğitimini Çorlu’da, lise ve üniversite eğitimini ise İstanbul’da tamamladı ve elektrik mühendisi unvanını aldı.
2018 yılında Reiki Grand Master Teacher İsmail Bülbül ile yolları kesişti. Reiki ile tanışması, yaşamında bir dönüm noktası oldu. Bu derin ve dönüştürücü sürecin ardından, Varoluş Dergisi’nde Spiritüalizm ve Yaşam üzerine yazılar kaleme alarak, kendi iç yolculuğunu aydınlatan fikir ve düşünceleri okurlarla paylaşmaya başladı. Aynı zamanda dergide grafik tasarımcı olarak görev aldı. 2025 yılında Reiki 3b seviyesine ulaştı ve Reiki Öğretmeni olma yeterliliğini kazandı. Deneyimleri arttıkça farkındalıklarını Varoluş Dergisi aracılığıyla paylaşmaya devam ediyor.
