19.07.1976 yılında Bandırma ‘da doğdum. İlkokulu Berlin, ortaokul ve liseyi Bandırma’da okudum. Beden eğitimi ve spor mezunuyum. Bu zamana kadar sporun çeşitli dalları hayatımda hep oldu. Son olarak master yüzmeye amatörce devam ediyorum. 25 yıllık öğretmenlik hayatımı tamamladım ve emekli oldum.
Bu süreçte sadece öğretmenlik yapmadım. Fizyoloji ve Anatomi ve fasya konusunda bazı çalışmalara katıldım, sunumlar verdim. Eğitmenliklerini tamamladığım pilates ve yoga alanında uzun yıllar çalıştım, 20 yaşında bir oğlum var. Yaşam içinde geldiğim nokta, yaşadıklarım, beni spiritüalizme yaklaştırdı. Reiki de bu yolculukta bana eşlik ediyor.
Niyetim kendi yaşam planım içerisinde kendi öğretimi oluşturmak. Yazı yazmayı çok seviyorum, amatörce hikâye ve güncel yazılar yazarak devam ediyorum. Şu anda Hayatıma Malta’da devam ediyorum.
