1981 baharında Ankara'da doğdum. İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi Film&Tv lisans ve Kültürel İncelemeler yüksek lisans programlarını tamamladıktan sonra farklı sektörlerde farklı görevlerde yer aldım. 2012 yılı beni Reiki Bilinçaltı Terapiler ve Can Hocam İsmail Bülbül'e taşıdı. Meditasyon, Şamanik Şifacılık, Nefes ve Zihin, Bilinçaltı eğitimlerim dışında özellikle Tasavvuf, holistik terapiler, sistem dizimleri ve Geleneksel Tıpla ilgileniyorum. 2014 yılından beri Bodrum Şifa Sanatları Atölyesinde seans, inisiyasyon, eğitim programları ve atölyeler düzenliyor, Cosmopolitan Türkiye Yıldız Tozu köşesinde yazıyorum. 2022 sonu itibarıyla Usui Reiki Grandmaster 5&6. Aşama olmaya hak kazandım.
